We may also close early on New Years Eve, Halloween, and Thanksgiving Eve.
All charges must be paid at the time of service.
A $1.00/min/child LATE FEE will apply to children not picked up within 5 minutes of closing and must be paid at the time of pick up.
Children not picked up by 30 minutes after closing will be turned over to the proper authorities.
We do not accept ill children! If your child shows signs of illness and it is necessary for us to contact you, you or another designated person will be required to pick up your child promptly.
A $35.00 charge will apply to all checks returned to us.
We reserve the right to refuse service at any time.
Children who exhibit behaviorial problems such as hitting, biting, or flagrant and repeated refusal to follow the rules will be suspended for two weeks if all efforts to correct the problem have failed. Continued problems will result in the child no longer being allowed to attend.
Due to staffing requirements we require 24 hours notice for children younger than 3 years of age using our drop in service or we may be unable to accommodate your child.
